This privacy policy explains how Pentoblog ("we", "us") processes personal data when you visit wuestienrot-at.co.com. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG).
1. Controller
Pentoblog, e-mail: [email protected]. Pentoblog is independent and is not a Wüstenrot company; we do not have access to any Wüstenrot customer data.
2. Data we process
- Server log data — IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser and operating system. Legal basis: legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted after 14 days unless needed to investigate an attack.
- E-mail enquiries — the data you send us when you write to us. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Deleted when the enquiry is closed, unless legal retention periods apply.
3. Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising or cross-site tracking. If we add privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics in future, this policy will be updated first.
4. Third-party services
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.). Your browser connects to Google servers, which transmits your IP address. Legal basis: legitimate interest in consistent typography. You can block external fonts in your browser; the site will still work. Our hosting provider processes data on our behalf under a data-processing agreement.
5. International transfers
Where data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, we rely on adequacy decisions (such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). Contact us at the e-mail above. You may also complain to a supervisory authority — in Austria the Datenschutzbehörde (dsb.gv.at), in the UK the ICO (ico.org.uk).
7. Links to other websites
We link to external sites such as wuestenrot.at. Their own privacy policies apply there; we have no influence over their processing.
8. Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. We never ask for banking credentials.

We may update this policy when the site or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
